A note on prices

Honest pricing, posted weekly.

We don't run weekly specials. Our prices reflect what we paid the farmer this week and what it took to break the carcass down properly. When something is in short season, it costs more. When a farm has a glut, we pass the savings on. Call ahead if you want a specific cut held aside.
